The first of the pre-recorded Live at the Town Hall sessions has been released!

The first session is from Wiltshire musician, Tamsin Quin. If you’re not familiar, Tamsin burst onto the scene in 2013 when she performed her first gig, supporting She Makes War & Josie Ghost (The King Blues) in Devizes.

Tamsin is in the mold of a modern singer-songwriter. There are elements of folk and irish music in her songs, and themes of love and loss. Her gorgeous voice and lyrical wit is thoroughly accessible and enjoyable!

This has been rewarded with shows all over the country, sessions on BBC Radio and being part of folk orchestras(!), among much more.

She’s also 1/3 part of The Lost Trades, who will be dropping their debut album in June 2021!

So Tamsin was a natural choice as one of the leading artists in our scene to be picked by Wiltshire Rural Music for their Live at the Town Hall sessions, which were recorded in early February in Covid-safe conditions at the Trowbridge Town Hall.

These will be going out “as live” where we can all watch together and join the conversation, a bit like being at a real gig! Tune in to the first one here,
